KIEV, July 28 – Investigators recovered fragments of a skull that are believed to come from murdered journalist Heorhiy Gongadze, who was decapitated about nine years ago, a top prosecutor said Tuesday.

The discovery comes days after the arrest of Olekskiy Pukach, a former top police officer, who was on the run for the past six years and who is alleged to have killed the journalist.
