KIEV, Jan. 8 - Donetsk-based ISTIL (Ukraine) mini-steel mill in January through December 2007 increased finished rolled steel output by a preliminary 13.8% year-on-year, to 973,000 tons, steel output by 11.5%, to 1.026 million tons, a representative of the mill told Interfax-Ukraine.

The source in the company said that in December the mill produced 86,000 tons of finished rolled steel and 79,300 tons of steel.
