KIEV, Oct. 25 – The Higher Economic Court of Ukraine has ruled invalid agreements on the purchase of land plots on the territory of the state International Boryspil airport by AeroSvit-Ukrainian Airlines.

"According to the latest information, yesterday a hearing of the Higher Economic Court was held, and on five appeals the court ruled in favor of the airport," the head of the commercial department at Boryspil airport, Anna Bevzo told Interfax-Ukraine.
