KIEV, Aug. 19 – The accident involving a train carrying yellow phosphorus in the Lviv region was caused by the faulty upgrading of the tankers, according to Deputy Prime Minister Oleksandr Kozmuk.
"Today we have the conclusions of experts from the State University of Dnipropetrovsk. According to this independent expert study, the accident took place as a result of the modernization of the tankers," he said at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine.
