KIEV, June 4 ??“ Cyprus-based XXI Century Investments and France's Accor Group have agreed to open a Sofitel five-star hotel in Kiev - the first Sofitel hotel in Ukraine ??“ which is to be built by 2010.

The company is the developer of the $90 million project, and Accor Group will manage the hotel.

The hotel is to be built on a 0.4-hectare site at the crossroads of Luteranska and Kruhlouniversytetska streets. XXI Century already owns this land plot.
