KIEV, March 22 ??“ Former Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski, a member of the Yalta European Strategy (YES) group, will speak in Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk as part of the European Debate Forum on March 26-28.

YES is jointly working with the International Renaissance Foundation and is an organizer of the forum.
