KIEV, Dec. 25 ??“ Hungary's Energy Capital ZRt. accused state enterprise UkrInterEnergo, the operator for exporting Ukrainian electricity, in the non-fulfillment of agreement liabilities, according to a company??™s letter sent to Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko.

???UkrInterEnergo does not react on our appeals to fulfill contract liabilities,??? the letter reads, according to Interfax-Ukraine. ???Moreover, they are blocking the prolongation of the existing contract."
