KIEV, Dec. 25 - CA IB, an Austrian investment bank, and Concord Capital, a Ukrainian investment company, as lead-managers have conducted a regular private placement of stocks in Universal, the Lviv-based insurance company.

"The volume of the stake and the sum of the deal were not disclosed," Yulia Brodovska from CA IB Securities (Ukraine) AT has told Interfax-Ukraine.
