KIEV, Oct. 18 ??“ Parliament has given first-reading approval to a bill on the conditions for privatizing small hydro power plants.

The draft law was submitted by a member of the Regions Party, MP Volodymyr Bronnikov. A total of 283 out of 436 lawmakers registered in the hall voted for the draft law.
