KIEV, Oct. 3 - Russian-British oil company TNK-BP plans to invest $3 million in a project to build a visbreaking unit at Lysychansk refinery (Linos, Luhansk region) in 2007, TNK-BP Ukraine President Sergei Lizunov has told Interfax-Ukraine.

He said that the building of the unit has already been included in the five-year basic plan for the refinery's development.
