KIEV, Oct. 2 ??“ Ukraine??™s capital has started a new utility.

Kiev City council at a meeting held last week decided to found the KyivTeploEnergo municipal enterprise under the control of Kiev City State Administration.

The minimum size of the enterprise's statutory fund will be UAH5,000.

After all organizational issues linked to the foundation of the municipal enterprise are completed, KievEnergo would be deprived of the right to own municipal property.
