KYIV, Oct 23 – More than 60 enterprises of the state concern Ukroboronprom in the process of transformation will be reorganized into nine holding companies in the following areas: six will become part of the future state-owned holding company Defense Systems of Ukraine, three – part of Aerospace Systems, Deputy Prime Minister for Strategic Industries Oleh Urusky said.

"Six holding companies will become part of the state-owned holding company with a provisional name Defense Systems of Ukraine: armored vehicles (13 enterprises), radar systems (10), special chemicals and ammunition (7 + 1), precision weapons (15) and aircraft repair (7)," he said at a briefing in Kyiv on Friday.
