Moscow, Sept. 15 - Fitch Ratings has assigned Naftogaz of Ukraine's $500 million 8.125% loan participation note due 2009 a 'RR4' Recovery Rating, the agency announced.

The senior unsecured rating of the note is affirmed at 'B+'.

Noteholders continue to rely on a senior unsecured liability of Naftogaz for repayment.
