KIEV, Sept. 14 ??“ The draft 2007 budget approved by the government on Wednesday foresees the allocation of around UAH25 billion for investment and innovation, First Deputy Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said.

"This is double the amount planned for 2006, and ??¦ [this] UAH 25 billion should attract UAH100 billion in domestic investment into the economy," Azarov, who is also finance minister, said Wednesday.
