KIEV, Sept. 6 - Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych and his Polish counterpart Jaroslav Kaczynski agreed to resume the project of extending Ukraine??™s Odessa-Brody oil pipeline to the Polish city of Plock, Yanukovych??™s press service reported Wednesday.

Yanukovych??™s pledge to extend the pipeline, which will move Caspian Sea crude to markets in Eastern Europe, is a turnaround in his position as he had earlier backed rival supplies of Russian oil to Odessa.
