If Ukraine does not soon arrest the spread of HIV/AIDS, it may become the first country in Europe with an AIDS pandemic, Professor Lars Kallings, the UN Secretary General's Special Envoy on HIV/AIDS in Eastern Europe, said at a conference in Kiev.
