The finance minister has given Kharkiv permission to issue up to $100 million of five-year 9.5% municipal eurobonds. Funds are to be raised to finance the Kharkiv development budget, including major construction and reconstruction projects, housing, highways and bridges and the acquisition of fixed assets for utility companies.
