KIEV, Aug. 9 ??“ Antonov Airlines, Ukraine??™s heavy cargo airline, joined forces with its Russian competitor to create the world??™s largest airline that would control up to 56% of $500 million market for airlifting bulky cargo.

Antonov and Volga-Dniepr of Russia set up a 50-50 joint venture, Ruslan International Ltd, which will be operated from London and will help to efficiently use the fleet of 17 super jumbo jets.
