KIEV, June 8 ??“ Ukraine??™s natural gas prices for households will increase 85% starting from July 1, according to a decision approved by a special government commission that regulates the country??™s energy sector.

The decision by the National Committee for Power Regulation complements the government??™s decision in principle last week to boost the prices to avert a financial crunch at Naftogaz Ukrayiny, the energy company.
