KIEV, June 5 ??“ President Viktor Yushchenko on Monday called for creation of a new regional advisory body that would promote a route for energy shipments from the Caspian Sea to Europe bypassing Russia.

The body would coordinate energy policies of countries stretching from the Baltic Sea and the Black Sea to the Caspian Sea, helping European consumers get access to vast resources of the Central Asia.
