KIEV, April 20 - President Viktor Yushchenko spoke by phone with his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev on Thursday seeking to boost cooperation between the two countries in the energy sector, Yushchenko??™s press service said.

Yushchenko and Aliyev agreed that Ukrainian Energy and Fuel Minister Ivan Plachkov will visit Azerbaijan for energy talks in the second half of May.
