KIEV, April 19 ??“ The Ukrainian government on Wednesday rejected a 2006 financial plan of Naftogaz Ukrayiny, the national oil and gas company, as the Finance Ministry had demanded to further slash spending on overseas projects.

This is the third time that the government has been rejecting the plan even as Naftogaz has agreed to somewhat lower its spending on overseas oil development and other projects.
