NEW YORK, March 8 ??“ Leading U.S. policy experts slammed Russia for becoming less democratic and more aggressive towards its neighbors, and urged the U.S. government for a tougher response before it is too late.

The report, released by the Council on Foreign Relations, apparently calls on the U.S. government to ease Russia??™s growing pressure on its neighbors by helping them to faster integrate with the West.
