KIEV, Feb. 28 ??“ Russian oil major TNK-BP slammed as politically motivated plans by Ukraine and Poland to start moving Caspian Sea crude to markets in Europe and said the project will probably fail.

Oleksandr Horodetskiy, the top manager of TNK-BP??™s Ukrainian subsidiary, said demand for crude oil in Europe will remain flat and that does not justify investments in extending Odessa-Brody oil pipeline to Poland.
