KIEV, Feb. 14 ??“ Ukraine and Russia on Tuesday agreed to make an inventory of properties and facilities rented by the Black Sea Fleet in Crimea before going ahead with talks over rent payments, officials said.

The development comes as Russia has outright rejected Ukraine??™s demands to boost annual rent payments for stationing the Russian naval fleet in Sevastopol, insisting the rent agreement must stay unchanged through 2017.
