KIEV, Feb. 13 ??“ President Viktor Yushchenko promised to set up an energy saving agency and urged major domestic companies to start implementing energy conservation policy.

"An energy saving agency will be set up at the national level. The formation of a new energy efficiency program is a task of national scale," Yushchenko said in a weekly radio address Saturday.
