KIEV, Feb. 8 ??“ The Ukrainian government on Wednesday set a limit on domestic natural gas prices during the next five years to prevent possible abuses by the recently created natural gas joint venture.

Ukrgaz-Energo, which involves Naftogaz Ukrayiny and RosUkrEnergo, a controversial gas trader controlled by Gazprom, will not be allowed to charge more than $110 per 1,000 cubic meters, Economy Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said.
