KIEV, Feb. 2 ??“ UkrTelekom, the national phone company that recently acquired a license to develop 3G mobile communications network, plans to grow rapidly to become Ukraine??™s biggest cell phone company within the next five years.

UkrTelekom, which currently has no cell phone network in operation, plans to control 29% share of the mobile phone market in 2010, according to the company??™s forecast released Thursday.
