KIEV, Jan. 31 ??“ RosUkrEnergo AG, a Swiss-based natural gas trader and a key supplier of gas to Ukraine, on Tuesday finally disclosed to the Ukrainian government crucial information on its shareholders, officials said.

The moved allowed the Anti-Monopoly Committee to let RosUkrEnergo set up a 50-50 joint venture with Naftogaz Ukrayiny that will be distributing gas to industrial consumers.
