Group suggests blocking Russia’s entire financial sector
KYIV, June 23 - The International Working Group on Russian Sanctions has published a roadmap for financial sanctions, in which it proposes to completely block the financial sector of the Russian Federation, refuse to provide services and cooperate with the aggressor in the financial sector, achieve institutional isolation and move to economic policy without the participation of Russia, according to a document on the website of the Office of the President.

Ukraine receives EU candidate status
BRUSSELS, June 23 - Ukraine's long-term goal of joining the European Union has received its latest shot in the arm, after the bloc's 27 member states agreed Thursday that the country should be given candidate status -- a significant step on the path to full membership, CNN reported.

MOSCOW, June 24 – The transit of Ukrainian goods by road and rail to third countries via Russia will be resolved once their traceability with GLONASS-based seals is ensured, according to the amendments to a presidential decree on the application of special economic measures over Ukraine's unfriendly actions in respect of Russian citizens and legal entities signed in October of last year. |
Tymoshenko leads in presidential survey; Poroshenko lags far behind

Officials fear cyber attack on Ukraine
KYIV, June 26 – Russia may be preparing a new massive cyber attack on Ukraine as many Ukrainian companies are finding increasing amounts of malicious software planted on their computer systems, the government reported Tuesday. |
