LNG terminal project to start in 2014, president says at Harvard Club

NEW YORK, Sept. 25 – President Viktor Yanukovych has expressed the hope that the construction of a floating liquefied natural gas terminal (LNG terminal) will begin in Ukraine in the middle of 2014.
