KIEV, Dec. 21 - The Ukrainian government on Wednesday approved a resolution granting management control over key naval and navigation infrastructure used by the Russian naval fleet in Crimea to Ukrainian agencies, officials said.

Although the infrastructure will continue to be used by the Russian Black Sea Fleet through 2017, the resolution stipulates Ukraine's Defense Ministry and the State Property Fund will be taking it over afterwards.
