KIEV, Dec. 14 ??“ Ukraine rejected Russia??™s plan for ending a natural gas dispute by allowing Gazprom to get an undisclosed stake in the Ukrainian gas pipelines, a Naftogaz Ukrayiny official said Wednesday.

The plan, suggested by Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller on Tuesday, would allow Russia to continue to supply cheap gas to Ukraine in exchange for Gazprom getting the stake in the pipelines.
