KIEV, Nov. 30 - Ukraine will appeal to the European Union for support in resolving ongoing natural gas dispute with Russia that may lead to disruptions in European gas supply next year, officials said Wednesday.

Ukraine and the EU are scheduled hold a summit on Thursday in Kiev and the parties are supposed to sign an agreement on energy cooperation, Energy and Fuel Minister Ivan Plachkov said.
