MOSCOW, Nov. 22 ??“ Russia??™s Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov postponed a scheduled visit to Ukraine indefinitely with Russian government officials citing a deadlock in natural gas talks between the two countries as the reason.

Fradkov, who was supposed to arrive in Kiev on Wednesday, spoke with his Ukrainian counterpart Yuriy Yekhanurov by phone late Tuesday and said the visit will be postponed, Russia??™s Foreign Ministry reported.
