KIEV, Nov. 22 ??“ President Viktor Yushchenko, addressing more than 100,000 people at a rally in downtown Kiev Tuesday, called for unity among his former allies in order to win March 2006 general election and continue reforms.

The calls for unity address a split within a team that had led the Orange Revolution, a popular uprising against election fraud, helping Yushchenko to eventually win the presidency last year.
