KIEV, Nov. 21 - Ukraine??™s largest petrochemical company, Lukor, owned by Russian oil major Lukoil, averted a possible shutdown after a court had backed the company in an ownership dispute with the government, the company said Monday.
The Ivano-Frankivsk regional court ruled that last year??™s transaction, after which Lukoil had increased its stake to more than 76% from 52%, was in line with Ukrainian laws, Lukor said.
