KIEV, Nov. 10 ??“ Ukraine??™s foreign trade deficit with goods widened dramatically in September amid increasing imports of energy, while exports had continued to be depressed by strong hryvnia and weak steel prices, data suggested.

The deficit widened to $748 mln for the first nine months of the year from $372 mln in the first eight months, suggesting imports in September continued to outpace exports, the government said.
