KIEV, Nov. 7 ??“ Transeuro Energy Corp., a small Canadian oil company, will seek to expand in Ukraine by investing in oil exploration and development projects off-shore the Black Sea, the Energy and Fuel Ministry said Monday.

Hal Hemmerich, Transeuro President, met Energy and Fuel Minister Ivan Plachkov on Friday to discuss investments in oil and gas fields off-shore the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov, the ministry said in a statement.
