KIEV, Nov. 2 ??“ A Ukrainian organization that unites some of the country??™s biggest natural gas traders has called on the government Wednesday to liberalize gas market to encourage competition.

The government should also lift restrictions on prices on natural gas supplied to individual consumers in order to reflect a growing gas prices on world markets, the Gas Traders of Ukraine, or GTU, said.
