KIEV, Oct. 21 ??“ A Kiev court ruled the Prosecutor General Office hadn??™t enough evidence for opening an investigation against Petro Poroshenko, a former top security advisor to President Viktor Yushchenko, Poroshenko said Friday citing the ruling.

Also, the PGO had broken the law by making a public announcement of the investigation and those responsible should be traced down and punished, Poroshenko said, citing the ruling.
