KHARKIV, Feb. 6 – Another batch of mélange, a highly toxic liquid rocket fuel component which is stored at a military base in Kharkiv region, has been prepared for delivery to Russia for disposal, Kharkiv Regional State Administration reported.

"At present, seven tanker cars have been loaded with 375.065 tons of rocket fuel component, which is stored in the warehouses of the A-2136 military unit in Shevchenkove district, Kharkiv region... The mélange is ready for shipment, and it will be guarded by representatives of the Russian Federation. As of February 4, a total of 2,401 tons of mélange were stored at a military base of the A-2136 military unit in Shevchenkove district," the press service said.
