KIEV, Oct. 19 - Naftogaz Ukrayiny, the state oil and gas company, will soon sign an agreement to borrow 3 billion euros from Credit Suisse First Boston for gas projects, Naftogaz chairman Oleksiy Ivchenko said Wednesday.
