KIEV, Dec. 19 – Ukraine will take into account recommendations of the European Union on improvement of its legal system and in this context the authorities are ready to cooperate and reach a compromise with the opposition, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said.

According to the Ukrainian government's press service, Azarov said this at a meeting with former Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski and former European Parliament President Pat Cox in Kiev on December 18.
