KIEV, Oct. 18 ??“ Parliament on Tuesday defeated a bill that is part of a package that had been prepared by the government for Ukraine??™s accession to the World Trade Organization by the end of the year.

The bill, which calls for reduction of a duty imposed on exports of cattle and cattle skin, had been rejected repeatedly over the past several years.
