KIEV, Oct. 12 - President Viktor Yushchenko on Wednesday created a special advisory body and invited top political parties to join in order to generate and secure support in Parliament for crucial policy decisions.

The body, to be known as the Political Council, will be chaired by the president and is supposed to include leaders of all political groups in Parliament, the presidential press service said.
