KIEV, Oct. 7 ??“ Boris Berezovsky, an exiled Russian billionaire, may have contributed $21 mln to finance civic society groups in Ukraine ahead of the presidential election in November 2004, lawmakers said Friday.

Berezovsky in London testified to a special parliamentary commission investigating alleged contributions from Berezovsky towards campaign of Viktor Yushchenko, who had won the election in December 2004.
