KIEV, Oct. 4 ??“ Coca-Cola Co., the world??™s largest soft drink maker, said Tuesday it was creating a separate division to combine markets in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, a move reflecting the region??™s growing importance.

Coca-Cola said the division will be headquartered in Moscow and will be led by Clyde Tuggle, who currently heads worldwide public affairs and communications for the company.
