KIEV, Sept. 21 - After four hours of talks with political groups Wednesday, President Viktor Yushchenko again decided to nominate his ally Yuriy Yekhanurov as the new prime minister, Yushchenko's spokeswoman said.

Parliament will debate and vote over Yekhanurov on Thursday and the president plans to attend the session to endorse the nomination and to secure the backing.
