KIEV, Sept. 19 ??“ ChornomorNaftoGaz, the state natural gas and oil company, extracting gas and oil in the Black Sea, denied recent allegations the government had favored undisclosed foreign companies in offshore oil extraction projects.

A total of about six foreign companies are expected to submit bids in about two months for winning licenses for oil exploration and production from offshore fields near Kerch in the Black Sea, officials have said.
